Workplace & Corporate Investigations
H&H offers workplace and corporate investigation services to enterprises of all sizes throughout Europe. We have worked on over 200 cases, including complex large-scale complaints. Our trauma-informed approach guides our experienced practice and we are able to support both individuals and organisations throughout the investigation process. Mediation and Conflict Management
At H&H our focus is problem resolution, optimising every aspect of your operations for efficiency, whilst nurturing people and fostering harmonious workplaces. We are recognised industry leaders, having established the Workplace Reconciliation Model in 2021.
We are experienced in conflict mitigation, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution in a single enterprise capacity, as well as within the European Parliament and Commission framework.

At H&H we understand that most of our clients engage us either when something has gone wrong, or in anticipation of a problem. We know that most people we work with have not deliberately found themselves in difficulty, and they do not intend to hurt or upset others. Education is often the bridge between a professional understanding of a situation and its potential consequences.
Once we diagnose the issues, we first look for potential educational gaps and strive to equip our clients with knowledge. We do not give them books and ted talks; we educate them by engaging with them about the real time issues they face and how our educational interventions can be applied to those situations

4. Move Slow, Don’t Break Things
The age of the gilded zoo we know as "hustle start up culture" is coming to an end. At H&H, we believe that the best approach is to take our time when making decisions. We don't rush into workplaces and make changes without understanding why the existing system, infrastructure, or habits exist. We don't make demanding recommendations with unrealistic integration or implementation schedules.
Instead, we choose to move slower than most. We find that the solutions that come from a longer process of assessment are much more robust and likely to last. Taking a few more weeks to understand the business we are working with to develop solutions, has proven to be more efficient and effective.
